Abstract
Deng Xiaoping'S theory of management modernization is the main part of Deng's theory of building China into socialist country with Chinese characteristics. This paper discusses Deng's thought of management modernization in four aspects: modernization of management thought, modernization of management organizations, modernization of management methods and modernization of human resources management.
