Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of pramipexole combined with madopar on advanced Parkinson's disease. Methods A total of 86 patients with advanced Parkinson' s disease were selected in the Yellow River Sanmenxia Hospital from May 2013 to May 2014,and they were randomly divided into control group and experiment group,43 cases in each.Patients of control group were given piribedil combined with madopar, while patients of experiment group were given pramipexole combined with madopar.Clinical effect,UPDRSⅢ score and HAMD score before treatment and after 4 weeks,8weeks,12 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups, and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was recorded. Results The clinical effect of experiment group was statistically significantly better than that of control group(P 0.05).No statistically significant differences of UPDRS Ⅲ score or HAMD score was found between the two groups before treatment or after 4 weeks of treatment(P 0.05);while UPDRS Ⅲ score and HAMD score of experiment group were statistically significantly lower than those of control group after 8 weeks,12 weeks of treatment(P 0.05).No statistically significant differences of incidence of dizziness, nausea or vomiting,somnolence,astriction,on-off phenomenon or psychiatric symptoms was found between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion Pramipexole combined with madopar has certain clinical effect on advanced Parkinson's disease, which can effectively relieve the dyskinesia symptoms and depressive symptoms,is with mild adverse reactions, can be used as a preferred embodiment.
