Abstract

Expert conclusion is more and more paid attention to as a kind of evidence method by the public .Expert conclusion is closely related to expert witness .Expert witness system has been established in legislation of china. But in practice ,there are a great deal of defects . Through analysing existing defects,suggestions in appraisal subject ,selection and appointment mode of appraiser ,right and obligation , application rules and etc. are put forward to in order to perfect the expert witness system.
