Peasant Organization: New Thinking on Development of Rural Areas

With the development of reform and opening up,problems facing agriculture,rural areas and peasants are standing out day by day, which makes a great impact on the economic development and social stability in rural areas.The article holds,given the new situation,that a peasant organization must be established.On the one hand the peasant organization should change awareness,deepen understanding,respect peasants and lead them in engaging in diversified business,and on the other hand the government should create a favourable environment for the establishment of the peasant organization by changing its functions,improving the legal system and giving guide and support to the organization.
