Abstract
This task was using histology method to study the hypophysis of murrah hybrid buffalo of Guangxi,and compare with the Guangxi Bubalus bubalis' hypophysis.The two kinds buffalo's hypophyses were made into sections,stained by means of hematoxylin eosin(HE) method and calculated under the Image Analyzer.The result showed that the hypophysis of murrah hybrid water buffalo was long oval,the cell size and cell density of the neurohypophysis compared with the Guangxi Bubalus bubalis' weren't difference remarkably,the number of the chromophobe cell of the pars intermedia was more than the Guangxi Bubalus bubalis',and all kinds of cells of the pars distalis,especially the acidophilic cell,were more different than the Guangxi Bubalus bubalis'.This result can provide morphology reference for nourish milk bubalus of Guangxi.
