Abstract
The First Revolutionary Civil War(1924-1927)failed because the Communist Party of China did not correctly lead peasants to solve the land problem. The reason can't be imputed to Chen Duxiu's mis- take of Right opportunism briefly,or the improper advices from Comintern and the Soviet Communist Party. In fact, the real reason is that Comintern and the Communist Party of China were facing a series of problems in great theories and strategies on the Agrarian Revolutionary War's question at that time, and the difference and dispute delayed to go on through the Agrarian Revolutionary Wars at these question.
