Abstract

The mechanical and dynamic properties of trans-1,4-polyisorpene(TPI with supported vanadium catalyst)/medium vinyl polybutadiene rubber(MVBR)blends with different TPI contents were studied. The results indicated that with the increase of the content of TPI,and the increase of optimum cure time, tear strength, elongation and resilience of TPI/MVBR blends have been improved. The abrasion resistence, rolling resistence and heat performance of the blends were also affected by TPI.
