Abstract
Objective To study the clinical critical gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with diagnosis and treatment. Methods 80 critically ill patients with gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital were researched a retrospective analysis of the clinical diagnosis and treatment programs and the implementation of petients. Results 73 patients with clear causes of bleeding after emergency endoscopy. Major bleeding showed lesions arterial bleeding and spurting occasionally bulge blood clots. Clear reason of bleeding in patients by clinical treatment,68 patients were not continuous bleeding 7d above observations. Another five patients were unable to control the transfer of surgical treatment for bleeding. Included three cases of advanced gastric cancer patients as well as patients with advanced cirrhosis died after actively heal and rescue. Conclusion Safe for critically ill patients with gastrointestinal bleeding underwent emergency endoscopy,a lower incidence of complications, misdiagnosis is low,is worthy of attention.
