Biological characteristics of Phassus excrescens and its control

Abstract
Phassus excrescens,occurs 1 generation per year at Gongzhuling, Jilin, China (a few need two years). It takes ground or stem as hibernacula for its egg or larva; incubation period was observed at the middle ten days of May and then they moved to stems at the first ten days of June; time of pupation was the end of the July and appeared adult at the middle ten days of August.
