Abstract
Objective:To discuss preventing and treating effect on rat model of pulmonary fibrosis by yangfeihuoxue Decoctin.Methods:Reproduce rat model of pulmonary fibrosis by injecting bleomycin to trachea,then treat the rat models by Yangfeihuoxue Decoctin,and observe the the decoctin's effect on the rat model with the target of pulmanory index\,content of hydroxyproline and collagen in lung\,degree of airsacculitis\,pulmanory pathology and relieving cough.Results:the decoctin can depresses pulmanory index and abnormal increasing content of hydroxyproline and collagen in pulmanory tissue( P 0 01),reduce pulmanory pathological damage,and release cough effectively( P 0 01).Conclusion:Yangfeihuoxue Decoctin have good effect on preventing and treating the model of pulmanory fibrosis reproduced by bleomycin.
