Abstract

Objective:To study the relationship between the change of the regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF)and prognosis by fastigial nuclens stimulation(FNS)in cerebral infarction patients. Methods:The rCBFof10cerebral infarction patients before and after FNS was measured and analyzed by using the semi-quantitalive analysis of single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT),and assessed the prognosis of patients by analyzed the neural ablity defect integration. Results:There were decreased rCBFin varying degrees of rCBF after FNS was seen on the areas of rCBF decreased and contralateral corresponding cerebral area(P0.05),as compared with that of pretreatment state. The SPECTimage showed that the improvement of rCBFwas better in the surrounding area than that in the center of lesion. On aspect of improving the injured neural ability, the result of FNS was better than before FNS(P0.05).Conclusion:The results demonstrate that FNS has affirmative effect on the improvement of rCBF in cerebral infarction patients, improving clinical sympton as well as the improvement of rCBF.
