Abstract

The article divides the facies into alluvial fan continental facies,wave-controlled delta facies, estuary paralic facies and non-barrier coast facies, which is marine facies.Based on it,the facies distribution and evolution of each formation on Eocene Series is clarified, and the primary deposition pattern for facies of the petroliferous basin is summarized as the shallow marine shelf and wave-controlled delta-alluvial deposition pattern. Finally, the advantaged exploration region on Eocene Series in the basin can be evaluated synthetically.
