Abstract

The coagulation process parameters detection system based on C8051F040 microcontroller is designed to achieve blood clotting time and clotting absorbance in coagulation process and to provide an effective method to get some medical indicators for blood coagulation analyzer.The general scheme of automatic coagulation analyzer is proposed,the hardware and software design of proposed detection system is emphasized.The light intensity signals of scattering and transmission are acquired and transmitted in coagulation process,and the data processing algorithm is given by calculating and analyzing collected data on Matlab software platform.The experimental results show that the detection system has the advantages of high measurement accuracy and good stability,obtained test parameters have a medical value.
