Abstract
Blending of immiscible polymers offers attractive opportunities for developing new materials with useful combinations of properties.However,simple blends often have poor mechanical properties and unstable morphologies.It is necessary for compatibilization of such blend.The compatibilization properties of the immiscible polymers blends were reviewed.The characteristics of various compatibilizers and their application were described.And the effects of inorganic nano-particles on compatibilization of immiscible polymer blends were mainly discussed.
