Abstract

Objective:To observe the serum aminotransferase changes of patients with fatty liver changes after surgery and diagnosis value of transaminase level in the fatty liver. Methods:The serum aminotransferase were detected before treatment and after treatment 1,3,7 days in 60 patients with fatty liver liver resection, and recorded the patients' hepatic inflow occlusion, blood loss, surgical time and operation way. Results:The postoperative serum transaminase levelswere significantly higher than preoperative(P0.05 or P0.01),its increased on day 1 peak and then decreases to close to 7 days(P0.05).In the impact of ALT,AST change factors, the intraoperative hepatic inflow occlusion, surgical methods were the main factors for the result of serum transaminase elevation(P0.05),and after a linear relationship with serum transaminase increased. Conclusion:The detection of postoperative serum transaminase, can effectively prevent postoperative liver dysfunction, standardize the surgical procedure to provide a scientific basis.
