Abstract
We have researched the issue of Decision-Making of planning quantity put into Production for MTO system in this paper, and analyzed the effect of excessive or less output than the client's order one on production cost. Due to the difference of the technique, procedure and material for different client's order, and the uncertainty characteristic of production-process, the products eligibility-rate are uncertainty. Supposed the eligibility-rate submitted to normal-distributing. Taking the expense expected value as a decision-Making object, we have developed a decision-Making model of planning quantity put into Production. Numeric Simulating have proved that the approach is effective. Finally, we use the model to resolve enterprise real problems, and have got the optimal solution of planning quantity of put-into-production.
