Progress in Molecular Systematics of Cyanobacteria

Reviewed in the present paper are three most important factors stimulating the developing of molecular systematics:the evolution rules of increasing number of genes widely used in molecular systematics of Cyanobacteria,respective enumeration of some exciting results in molecular phylogeny constructed from sequence analysis of PC IGS,16S rRNA and ISR;the methods applied in the research of molecular systematics of Cyanobacteria;the progress in the developing of molecular systimatics of toxic microcystis.
