Abstract

Because of the high cost of rail construction, whether the station of rail transit is reasonable or not directly relates to the efficiency and social and economic benefit. So,the optimization of station layout should be based on reality and comprehensive analysis of the influential factors on station locations and distribution, according to the principle of distribution in term of need, reasonable layout.Taking the minimum total costs(including construction costs, operation costs, and passenger outgoing costs and the ticket costs) of the rail transit system as the optimization target, and considering probability of passenger flow change with the station spacing, the designers are supposed to build up the reasonable station spacing model, then linking influential factors, put forward scientific and reasonable station locations to carry out the harmonious development of rail transit and other forms of transportation.
