Abstract

Objective: To study the expression and significance of drug resistance gene P-gp,GST, ToPo-Ⅱ and bcl-2 gene( apoptosis gene) and p53( anti-oncogene) in lung cancer tissues. Method: A total of 161 carcinoma tissue specimens collected from lung cancer patients surgically resected in our department from Jan. 2010 to Apr. 2012. Using immunohistochemical S-P method to detect the expression of P-gp,ToPo-Ⅱ,GST,bcl-2 and p53 in cancer tissue. Result: The expression of P-gp,ToPo-Ⅱ,GST and bcl-2 in the glands squamous carcinoma and large cell carcinoma is significantly higher than other types of non-small cell carcinoma( P 0.05); P-gp,ToPo-Ⅱ,GST and bcl-2 positive expression rate was positively associated with the degree of differentiation in cancer tissue, and negatively correlation with p53; positive expression rate of P-gp,GST and bcl-2 were associated with p53. Conclusion: P-gp,ToPo-Ⅱ, GST,bcl – 2 and p53 play an important role in lung cancer on multi-drug resistance, the joint detection helps to judge the curative effect and prognosis.
