A Discussion of Selection of Schemes for Municipal Solid Waste Treatment in Hefei City

Abstract

The trend of annual output and composition of municipal solid waste in Hefei city is introduced.The problems which have existed in the process of carrying and handling are analyzed.The related suggestions and methods for the sustainable municipal solid waste management in Hefei city are presented.Based on investigating municipal solid waste of Hefei city,compared with present several treating methods of municipal solid waste in China,the plan for municipal waste treatment of Hefei is currently put forward,which is integrated with sanitary landfill and incineration.
