Abstract
According to its ability to synthesize 1,3-propanediol from glycerol,a species was isolated from the anoxic mud.The product of glycerol conversion was identified using GC-MS.The most active strain was able to convert up to 40 g/L of glycerol to(25.8 g/L) 1,3-propanediol in 96hr.The optimal conditions of fermentation were investigated. The yield of 1,3-propanediol was up to 47.3%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
