On the Relationship between Constitution of CPC and Constitution

Literally,constitution of CPC and Constitution belong to different normative systems.Constitution of CPC is the fundamental charter for all party members,whereas constitution is the fundamental law of all the citizens.Adjusting the internal relations between members in the Party is the basic duty of the constitution of CPC,whereas' adjusting the social relations between state and the citizens is the basic duty of the constitution.Politically,constitution of CPC and constitution are inseparable,the relationship between the two reveals that the CPC has the right to legitimacy.Theory of popular sovereignty is constitution of CPC and the constitution of the political fit point,and the text fit point of the two is the master of the constitution of CPC and the preface of constitution.The fitting ways of these two rules are as follows: the CPC's activities must be constrained by the framework of constitution;the enact and adjustment of constitution must implicit the values and philosophy of the constitution of CPC.
