Abstract
Objective:To explore the best choosing application of the spiral CT scanning parameters in measuring pulmonary volume. Methods:There were 40 cases whom were divided into four parts for evaluating CT scanning parameters, all cases were scaned with Picker CT Twin spiral CT scanner. In order to choose the best parameters, the different pitch, slice thickness, reconstruction interval and tube electric current were used on them which were reconstructed in three dimensions with Omnipro work station for volume calculation. The results were dealt with statisticaly. Results:According to the test,1.5 pitch,11.0 mm thickness,5.5mm interval and 75mAs were the best scanning parameters for measure of pulmonary volume and lung CT examination. Conclusion:The more suitable parameters for the measure of pulmonary volume and the lung scanning were obtained.
