Analysis on the Energy-saving of the Buildings and the Air-conditioning

This paper probes into some problems related to the energy-saving of the buildings and air-conditioning, analyzes on the relationship of two sides, and points out that only the simultaneous development of the buildings' energy-saving and the air conditioning energy-saving can externalize the integral effect of the buildings' energy-saving.
