The Analysis on Expanding Consumption Demand of China's Rural Residents in Post-Crisis Era

With the deep development of Economic globalization,the relations between China's economy and world economy is getting broader.China's sustainable economic development was severely affected by the international crisis.At present,promoting the domestic economic growth with the help of increasing export is very difficult;the key for pulling the economic growth is to expand domestic demand,especially the consumption demand.Expanding the consumption demand of rural residents can bring us with obvious economic effect,political effect,cultural effect and eco-effect;it should be given primary importance among priorities;and it is also the sustainable driving forces for China's economic growth.To improve the consumption environment,change the views of consumption,improve the effective product supply and deal with the relations between productive consumption and household consumption in rural areas,we should,first,increase farmers' income with the help of different kinds of countermeasures and optimize farmers' consumption structure;second,we should establish and improve the social security system in rural areas and improve the consumption confidence of rural residents;and third,we should strengthen the legislation construction,enhance market transparency,establish the social credit system to stimulate rural residents' consumption,and improve the living standard of rural residents to promote the quick and sound development of national economy.
