Abstract

Objective We summarize the caring experience of 16 patients with nasal septum perforation to increase the quality of the bedside care of this disease. Methods There were 11 male and 5 female of the 16 patients, and they received intensively caring during the peri-operative period. The nasal dripping method of medicine, disposal of nasal plugging and keeping wet of the nose preoperatively and postoperatively is different from those of other nasal surgeries. Results 15 cases healed one-stage and the perforation of 1 cases had narrowed considerably, and their symptoms all grew better than those before the surgeries. Conclusion We should pay more attention on the nasal septum perforation because of its particularity.
