Control Effect of 4% Nicosulfuron SC to Weed in Maize Field

Abstract

Weed control effect was tested with 4%nicosulfuron SC in field.The result showed that the annual weeds,such as Amaranthus retroflexus L,Chenopodium album L,Setaria viridis(L) Beauv,Echinochloa crus-galli(L) Beauv,Digitaria sanguinalis(L)Scop,could be effectively controlled by spraying nicosulfuron at the dosage of 1 800ml/hm~2,in maize 4～6 leaf stage and weeds at 3～5 leaf stage.After 45 days,the control effect was 85.6% and the control effect of weed fresh weight was 96.8%.
