Abstract
The conditions of the alcohol extraction from Houttuynia Cordata Thunb was optimized through orthogonal experiment indexed by the bacteriostatic effect. And the products were purified by liquid-liquid extraction and its components were analyzed by GC-MS and HPLC.At the same time, its antibacterial effect was tested. The result showed that the optimized conditions were 70 % alcohol,80 ℃,4 h,and feed radio 1︰15.Only the liquid purified by chloroform was effective. The GC-MS and HPLC analysis showed that the liquid extracted by chloroform contained 13 phenolic compounds and a little of sodium houttuyfonate and 2-Undecanone.The microbial resistance test proved that the antibacterial components were highly effective against Escherichia coli(MIC:16.0 mg/mL),Staphylococcus aureus(MIC:8.0 mg/mL),Candida albicans(MIC:4.0 mg/mL),Aspergillus flavus(MIC:8.0 mg/mL) and Aspergillus niger(MIC:8.0 mg/mL).
