Abstract

Pipeline transmission of natural gas has becone one of the most important parts of natural gas industry. The transmission energy consumption is directly related to transmission cost. It is highly desirable to optimize pipeline operation in order to reduce resistance loss, natural gas loss and increase transmission efficiency.
