Abstract
Objective To assess the life qualty of patients with acne vulgaris and vitiligo.Methods Dermatology life quality index was used in the survey for patients and with Acne and vitiligo its reliability and validity were measured.Results The DLQI score of patients with acne vulgaris was 8.68,and the score of vitilogo was 6.34.There was no difference between patients with acne vulgaris and vitiligo.The index has good reliability and validity when it was nsed to assess the quality of life of patients with acne vulgaris and vitiligo,however item 1 was not suitable for vitiligo.Conclusion The life quality of patients with acne vulgaris was lower than that with vitiligo,and DLQI should be modified when it was used to assessthe quality of life of vitiligo.
