Abstract
The carrier phase estimate is an important technique in the Software Radio(SR) which is based on the open-loop structure.Aiming at the properties of all digital receivers a carrier phase recovery algorithm is presented.Assuming the timing recovery is done it directly processes the Data-aimed(DA) signals with one sample per symbol.No feedback technology is needed in the algorithm.The carrier phase estimated before is used to compensate the phase.The simulation result shows the algorithm is simple,efficient and suited to the DSP implementation.
