Abstract
The possibility of the application of industry cluster theory in tourism is still disputable among domestic scholars.Based on the characteristics of the tourism,the article,by analyzing the reason for the difficulty in forming tourism cluster,arrives at the conclusion that formation of tourism cluster is lack of power factor,and the industrial cluster theory is not suitable for tourism.
