Abstract
It is very complex compare the coalbed methane conditions between the DaningJixian coal field and the Jincheng coal field.For example the deposit environment of Shanxi formation and the thickness change of the coal seams of Shanxi formation are very changeable in very small areas.The structure and hydrogeology are more complex.The boundaries of the of coal pools are complex.Thus the detail features of coal pools should be summarized.The data of coalbed methane exploration is not enough for the coalbed methane development because of few wells which can not control the changes of coal seams and structure.The speed of the exploration development of coalbed methane is depend on the complex of the thickness change of the coal seams,the structure and hydrogeology,the deposit environment of Shanxi formation.
