Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of combined western medicine of traditional Chinese medicine of convalescent piece of antibiotics for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods:In January 2008—December 2013,60 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients were as the research object.According to random number table method, patients were grouped into control group and treatment group.Control group:using antibiotic cefoxitin sodium 2 g + 5.0% glucose solution 250 mL intravenous drip, every 8 hours at a time, metronidazole 500 mg,intravenous drip, every 8 hours at a time.Treatment group:on the basis of control group therapy, combined with traditional Chinese medicine of convalescent treatment,3 piece/time,3 times/d.We observed two groups blood rheology and clinical efficacy of every index, pelvic inflammatory mass, adverse reactions. Results:Before the treatment, two groups indexes of blood rheology in patients with comparison(P 0.05).In the two groups after treatment there was a significant change, but the treatment group was better than control group(P 0.05).Before the treatment, control group pelvic inflammatory block area was(13.25 ± 4.65) cm2,treatment group(13.26 ±4.66) cm2,comparing the two groups(P 0.05).After treatment, the control group pelvic inflammatory block area was(8.64 ± 2.31) cm2,treatment group(4.31 ±2.24) cm2,compared with before treatment(P 0.05).Comparing the two groups(P 0.05).In addition, two groups clinical efficacy and adverse reaction(P 0.05).Conclusion:Compared with simple antibiotic therapy,Chinese medicine of convalescent tablet combined western medicine treatment chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is safe.
