Abstract
By orthogonal experiments, factors of influencing the yield of biurea which is prepared from the condensation reaction between hydrazine hydrate and urea in acidic condition are studied in detail, such as hydrazine hydrate concentration, ratio of hydrazine hydrate to urea, reactor jacket temperature, discharge temperature, washing temperature, temperature rise method, kind of acid, and pH value of reaction solution. The experimental data is analyzed and discussed, and the optimum reaction conditions are determined.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
