The up-to-date agricultural census statistics shows the situation is growing increasingly tense,which ageing labor is engaged in agricultural production.This issue can not be neglected that will embarrass solving the problems facing China's agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and make a strong impact on agriculture modernization.Through developing the industrialized operation of agriculture and the cooperative organization of rural economy,as well as promoting the innovation of the land management system,it will deal with the series of problems caused by ageing agricultural labor,and overcome all the barriers for China's agricultural and rural modernization.
