Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of 3 adult immunization schedules of hepatitis B vaccine and provide evidence for the prevention and control of hepatitis B in adults. Methods The study subjects who were HBsAg,anti-HBs and anti-HBe negative were selected by cluster random sampling and divided into 3 groups to receive hepatitis B vaccination at 0,1,3 month,0,1,6 month and 0,1,12 month respectively. Results The differences on gender and age among three groups had no statistical significance(P0.05),and the differences on gender in each age group among three groups had no statistical significance(P0.05).The effective rates of hepatitis B vaccination at 0,1,3 month,0,1,6 month and 0,1,12 month were 76.76%,86.21% and 89.17% respectively. The effective rate of the vaccination at 0,1,12 month was highest. Conclusion It is appropriate to conduct adult hepatitis B immunization scheduled at 0,1,12 month to increase the effective rate.
