Abstract
In order to further improve the scientificity and accuracy of hydropower project bidding evaluation, the matter element analysis method and information entropy theory are introduced into the project bidding evaluation decision.A new bidding evaluation model of hydropower project is established.Firstly, composite matter element of project bidding units is established.Secondly, the combination weight coefficient of each evaluation index is determined by means of integrating the entropy weight and subjective weight. Then, the integral ranking of bidding units is obtained through calculating the comprehensive correlative degree complex matter element.A case study is carried out, which indicates that the model is reasonable and feasible. The results can provide quantitative decision-making basis for the owners to select optimal bidding unit in the field of hydropower construction.
