Abstract
Five Fusarium isolates like- as Fusarium acuminatum were isolated from diseased soybean plants with root rot symptoms collected from Heilongjiang Province in 2012. Based on morphology,EF- 1α gene sequencing and detection of F. acuminatum specific markers, these Fusarium isolates were identified as F. acuminatum.Pathogencity of these 5 isolates on soybean was tested by inoculating cultivars Williams and Hefeng 25 at seedlings, all isolates were strong pathogenic and no pathogenic difference was found among the isolates. To our knowledge, this is the first report of F. acuminatum as a pathogen on soybean in Heilongjiang Province.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
