Abstract

Digital resources are an important part of resources in a university library.How to make the construction of digital resources smoothly is an urgent problem to the newly-built university libraries.The author presents the features of the construction of libraries of digital resources,and analysis of problems of digital resources construction,such as the lack of collaboration,less self-built databases,lack of publicity,and talent shortage,with corresponding suggestions and strategies.
