Abstract
Vallee spur Del apple was used to study the effect of harvest date and storage condition on fruit physiological characteristics. The results showed that physiology index had great change during maturation,157 days after bloom;single fruit weight did not increase any more.Under room conditions(Temperature 13-18℃,RH 64%-70%),fruits harvested in Ⅴ and Ⅵ period had ethylene release peak of on 10th day after storage and reached edible state, fruit ripening date was shorten obviously;firmness of fruits harvested inⅡand Ⅲ period was higher than others and still over 6.00 kg·cm-2 20th day later after storage. In cellar conditions(Temperature 13-18℃,RH 64%-70%),ethylene release peak of fruits harvested onⅡ-Ⅳ appeared on 25th day,20th day and 20th day, respectively, firmness was over 6.00 kg·cm-2 after storage for 30 days and flavor good; The fruits harvested inⅤ and Ⅵ had early ethylene release peak(15th day and 10th day respectively),20 days later, soluble solid content was high, but fruits firmness decreased to 5.00 kg·cm-2,and flesh main.Under cold conditions [Temperature(4±1)℃,RH 85%-95%],ethylene release peak of fruits harvested fromⅠ to Ⅳ appeared from 75 days to 105 days; After 120 days, firmness of all samples was over 6.00 kg·cm-2,soluble solid content was more than 15%,and showed excellent storage quality.
