Abstract
Collecting Shaanxi province'data of the resource of science and technology in 2010 as the sample,the paper uses principal component analysis to construct an evaluation model of the resource of science and technology,analyzes the relativity between the configuration of resource of science and technology and contribution to economic growth,and explains the contribution to the economic growth. At last,on the basis of the result,the paper gives the advice,such as improving the condition of appraisement of Shaanxi province' configuration of resource of science,and raising the contribution to the economic growth.
