Reform of the Chinese Sports Development Mode Based on Top Design

Whether in 12th five-year plan of country or of sports undertakings,it is regarded as priority of promoting future reform to change development mode.With increase of complexity and relevance of reform,the central government has put forward concept of the to design reform by means of macro perspective and coordination,so as to enhance quality and speed of reform,which is also something that is needed in reform of Chinese sports development mode.Based on this,the paper,through literature analysis of connotation and significance of top design,believes that reform of Chinese sports development mode based on is to base on reality of reform,establish idea of reform,comfirm direction of reform,choose way of reform,lay out progress of reform and grasp key to reform,so as to ensure quality of reform.
