The study of Watershed Ecosystem Health is a new idea and a new issue by now. The aim is to study the health problem of Watershed Ecosystem which has been badly pollution and degraded under the strongly disturbance of Human activity. Ecosystem Health is a important bases to realize mutual coordinate between human and environment and to realize sustainable development of the Ecology。According to investigated data in field、photograph of remote sense and economic-social data. Analized shows Water Resources is the most important factor for Watershed Ecosystem Health. It results in the Ecology,s degrade that human,s unreasonable develop and usage of Water Resources . So from Water Health, Biodiversity, Ecosystem Instate and Health to setup the comprehensive index system of the Watershed ecosystem health assessment. The aim of Watershed Ecosystem Health Assessment is recover and manage Watershed Ecosystem and to realize sustainable development of the Watershed.
