Removing temporal wrinkles as well as lifting eyebrow(eyebrow-ectomy)after eyebrow tattoo failure

Objetive To explore a method and technique of remedying ptosis eyebrow as well as removing temporal wrinkles and lifting ptosis canthus.Methods The incision lower edge for lifting eyebrow is designed to be extended outward for 0.5～1.0cm and forms the B angle of approximately 120 degrees(see below sketch),which is connected with the upper edge of the incision.Remove the circled skin,dissect at outer canthus,suspend and suture the eye orbicular muscle under direct vision.Results 56 cases were followed after operation for 4 ～18 months with this technique.The results are satisfactory.Conclusions Through optimizing the incision technique for lifting eyebrow,we can realize remediation of eyebrow ptosis as well as removing the temporal winkles and lifting the ptosis canthus.The operation is simple,the incision small and scar little,but with long lasting effect,and can be widely practised in the outpatient.
