Determination of the content of salicylic acid and benzoic acid in Zuguangfen by RP-HPLC

Abstract

The salicylic acid and benzoic acid in Zuguangfen powder were detected by RP-HPLC.The result is that the average recycling of salicylic acid was 98.94%,the benzoic acid was 98.00%;the linear range of salicylic acid and benzoic acid was 8～40 μg,the r was 0.999 4 and 0.999 2 respectively.This method is accurate in measuring the content of salicylic acid and benzoic acid in Zuguangfen powder.
