Abstract
The practical examined solution amount of galvanized sheet phosphate film in the electro-coating and the effect of electro-coating process parameter was given.It is found that the corrosion resistance of galvanized sheet low-zinc phosphate film is better than that of phosphate film with common zinc content.It gives reference for automotive manufactures to reasonable select galvanized sheet,coating process,coating materials and production management.
