Abstract
Lingshangou gold deposit is an important gold deposit in Zhaoyuan-Laizhou gold mineralized zone. On the base of data collection and integrated analysis of recent research achievements, the authors analyze systematically the geological background, characteristics of ore body and ore, gold occurrence phase, country rock alteration, isotopic characteristics, fluid inclusion, and deposit genesis. It is concluded that Lingshangou gold deposit is medium temperature hydrothermal vein type gold deposit, it belongs to mesozonal orogenic gold deposit. The gold orebody is controlled by NE-trendingfault structures, the deposit has typical alteration characteristics of medium temperature hydrothermal deposit. Multi-stages of magmatic intrusions occur in the deposit area. The ore-forming temperature does not change too much during mineralization process. The ore-forming fluid has low salinity with H2O-NaCl-CO2-H2S system, the sulfur is originated from deep mantle. The ore-forming fluid is dominated from the magmatic hydrothermal, mixed with precipitated water and metamorphic fluid.
