Abstract

The spirit of university is the theory abstraction and value coagulation of university’s spirit. It isn’t inherent and invariable. Local universities should fully implement the Party’s education policy, persist in university’s basic function and carry out the basic mission, in order to create university’s spirit of own characteristic.
