Abstract
More and more people pay attention topersonality criminal theory,but the theory isn't connected with criminal conciliation.Criminal jurisprudence of personalityas a new study perspective of criminology pays to the personality of the offender(personal danger)as well as the criminal act,which provides opportunity for the existence and development of criminal conciliation.
